Eligibility
If you are a full-time employee of CHL Systems, regularly working over thirty (30) hours per week, you are eligible to participate in the Healthcare and Benefits Program after 90 days of employment. You have the option to enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in CHL's benefits program.

If you do not enroll within 90 days of your initial eligibility period, you will not have an opportunity to do so until the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event, such as:

Your marriage or divorce

Birth or adoption of an eligible child

Death of your spouse or covered child

Change in your spouse's work status that affects your benefits

Change in your work status that affects your benefits

Change in your child's eligibility for benefits

Eligible dependents include:

Your legal spouse; and

Your children up to age 26. Only those dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage.
