Health Saving Account (HSA)
A Health Savings Account (HSA) combines high deductible health insurance with a tax-favored savings account. Money in the savings account can help pay the deductible. And money left in the savings account earns interest and is yours to keep.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
MEDICAL CARE FSA
A medical care flexible spending account helps you save on out-of-pocket qualified medical, dental, and vision expenses, or qualified dependent care expenses. Pre-tax deductions for the medical care FSA cannot exceed $3,300 for 2025. Click here for a list of eligible expenses.

If you do not use all of your FSA annual contribution, you will forfeit the remaining balance. You have a 3-month grace period after the plan year has ended to spend your funds.

A debit card is provided for you to make payment at the time of service for a pharmacy, co-pay, etc. You can also make payment for any eligible expense that you receive an invoice for.
DEPENDENT CARE FSA
A dependent care flexible spending account lets you set aside pre-tax dollars to help pay for dependent care. Contributing to this benefit reduces taxable income and spreads the benefits of pre-tax dollars throughout the year, helping you save 30 percent or more on your dependent care costs.

A dependent care FSA can only be used for qualifying eligible dependent care services, such as preschool, summer day camp, before or after school programs, and child or adult daycare. You can contribute up to $5,000 in 2025. Click here for a list of eligible expenses.
